A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA, EXTENDING A “ZONING IN PROGRESS” FOR A PERIOD OF 180 DAYS RELATED TO THE FOLLOWING USES UNDER THE CITY’S FORM-BASED CODE – SALE OF SECONDHAND MERCHANDISE, PAWN SHOPS, DRUG TREATMENT FACILITIES, DRUG TREATMENT CLINICS, HOMELESS SERVICE FACILITIES, RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES FOR HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS, INTERNET CAFES AND MASSAGE PARLORS; PROVIDING FOR OFFICIAL NOTICE OF THIS ZONING IN PROGRESS AND THE INTENT TO RETROACTIVELY APPLY REGULATIONS ADOPTED HEREUNDER; PROVIDING FOR A TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATIVE HOLD ON THE PROCESSING OF APPLICATIONS FOR THE USES DESCRIBED HEREIN; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. |
